We can meet Duffy & ShellieMay only in Tokyo Disney Sea, not Land and other areas in Tokyo Disney Resort.
Consequently, you cannot get Duffy & ShellieMay in Tanabata costumes anywhere but in Tokyo Disney Sea for 14 days a year. I don’t need to say how rare they are!

Aunt Peg’s Village Store, the Duffy shop, is in American Waterfront area in Disney Sea. This pretty store is filled with all cute Duffy.
Travel Tip: There is a small kitchen garden in the right of the shop. Real paprikas, pumpkins, tomatoes are growing. Have a look.

I feel that Minnie is even better.
